At Yodeyma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume or cosmetic product is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it in a sturdy shipping box with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Yodeyma

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure it is unopened, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
